Financial and Payment Information at Creekside Dental Care
At Creekside Dental Care, we believe financial considerations should never feel confusing or overwhelming. Dr. Andres Marquez Guzman and our team in Airdrie, Alberta, are committed to helping patients understand their treatment costs, insurance benefits, and available payment options before care begins.
We offer several ways to pay for dental treatment and provide flexible financial arrangements for patients who need them. Our team is always available to answer questions and help you choose an option that works for your needs and budget.
What payment methods does Creekside Dental Care accept?
We make paying for your dental care as convenient as possible. Our office accepts major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and e-transfer.
If you have questions about when payment is due or which payment method may be best for your treatment plan, our team will be happy to review the details with you before your appointment.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. We accept all insurance plans, including private dental insurance and social benefit programs.
Because every insurance policy has different coverage limits, deductibles, frequencies, and exclusions, the amount covered can vary from one patient to another. Our team can help explain the information available through your plan so you have a clearer understanding of your expected out-of-pocket costs.
Do you offer direct insurance billing?
Yes. We offer direct billing to all insurance companies.
Direct billing can simplify the payment process by allowing our office to submit eligible dental claims directly to your insurance provider. Depending on your individual plan, you may still be responsible for deductibles, co-payments, amounts above your plan maximum, or services that are not covered.
Our team is happy to help you understand how your insurance benefits apply to your recommended treatment.
Are financing options available for major dental treatments?
Yes. Financing options are available for major treatments at our office.
We understand that more extensive dental care can represent a significant investment. Rather than postponing necessary treatment solely because of the cost, patients can speak with our team about available financial arrangements.
We will review the anticipated treatment costs and discuss options that may help make care more manageable.
Do you offer dental payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible in-house payment plans designed to make treatment more affordable.
Payment terms typically range from three to nine months. In some situations, extended payment arrangements of up to 24 months may also be available.
All payment plans are managed directly through our office. There is no third-party financing involved, and our in-house payment plans are offered at 0% interest.
Patients may also make additional payments or pay off their remaining balance at any time without penalties or additional fees.
Can I pay for my treatment in full?
Yes. Patients who prefer to pay their out-of-pocket treatment costs in full at their first appointment may do so.
Depending on the treatment and payment arrangement, patients who choose to pay in full may be eligible to receive a discount of up to 10% on their out-of-pocket treatment costs.
Our team can explain whether this option applies to your treatment plan and review the available savings with you.
How can I determine which payment option is right for me?
Every patient’s dental needs, insurance coverage, and financial circumstances are different. Our team will be happy to review the available payment options with you and help you select an arrangement that best fits your needs.
Before treatment begins, we can discuss your estimated fees, available insurance benefits, remaining patient responsibility, financing options, and potential payment-plan terms so that you can make an informed decision about your care.
